What is a LAYAYA S.T.E.A.M. Team? We use art as a vehicle to teach aspects of science, technology, engineering, art & math across our departments with special projects to give students vital skills and open doors to success! Whether we are using computer aided design software to make plans for a large sculpture, learning about film editing during a performing arts production, building park benches in our workshop class, or exploring science experiments during our "Weird Science" sessions - hands on learning through creativity is key to the success of our LAYAYA participants! Our classes are taught by dedicated and experienced mentors.
